Derailleur Adjustments

Postby timster » Sun May 31, 2009 12:27 am

Is anyone here any good at working with finicky derailleurs? I tried my damndest to adjust mine, however I still only have steady access to 6 of my 8 gears. Anyone feel like hooking a brother up with an adjustment?

Dustin might be able to help out. If not, I know he usually recommends Full Moon Vista. Maybe I can get him to actually check out the site again haha

I would recommend FMV too. Chris there did a great job adjusting my derailleur a couple weeks ago. I think a derailleur adjustment only is $10.

Wow, that's pretty cheap. I'm not sure which shop I like most, FMV or PAB

My friend bought his Cannondale @ PAB. He really likes them.

I've taken my OCR3 to FMV for the last couple of years. Very happy with their level of service. I also had them re-fit me to my bike. That was the best $$ I have ever spent on that bike. They made the bike feel like a completely different bike. I didn't realize how uncomfortable I really was until they adjusted the bike for me.
