Got a late 80s Peugeout 12 speed. Pretty nice, actually. Down tube shifting, drop bars, saddle bag with a few CO2 cartridges / adapters / new tubes / patch kit, frame pump, a specialized seat, and clipless pedals. Everything comes up to about 28 lbs, but I'm sure I could drop it down to 25 if I were so inclined.

Also picked up a set of Diadora Speedracers. They're fucking sweet.
